While looking at this kitchen with sheet vinyl flooring installed just 14 months ago, I found that it has already started exhibiting visible warping and punctures. The tenants left various problems inside the unit—holes in the walls, cigarette marks all over the indoors, and a filthy garden—and so I am trying very hard to figure out whether it is normal wear and tear or damage caused by tenants. The flooring was brand new on move-in. Do you think this kind of damage would be expected, or does it imply neglect and misuse? I would love to hear your opinions and experience with vinyl flooring-ease of maintenance in rental situations! Photos attached for reference!
